摘要
阐述连接颈在钢球热斜轧中的作用,分析轧辊凸棱和连接颈之间的关系。利用有限元分析软件ANSYS对钢球热斜轧轧辊精整段凸棱进行结构参数的优化分析。结果表明,随着轧辊凸棱宽度尺寸的变化,最大变形量和应力与其成反比例关系。随着轧辊凸棱高度的增大,最大变形量也增大,而应力先减小后增大。轧辊凸棱切角对凸棱的变形量和应力影响较小。通过分析轧辊凸棱几何参数对强度和刚度等的影响规律,为钢球热斜轧轧辊的凸棱设计提供理论指导。
The role of connecting neck in hot skew roiling is introduced, then the relation between ridge and connecting neck is analyzed. Based on the finite element software ANSYS, the structural parameters of roller finishing ridge are analyzed. Results show that as the width of roller ridge changes ,the maximum distortion and stress are inversely proportional to it. With roller ridge height increasing, the maximum distortion also increases, while stress decreases first and increases then. The cut angel of roller ridge has little effects on its distortion and stress. The influence law of the roller ridge' s intension and rigidity on the parameters from analysis provides for theoretical direction for structural designing of the roller ridge.
