摘要
本文分析了斜轧球墨铸铁时连接颈的受力 ,并以 30 m m的球墨铸铁磨球为例进行了计算 ,给出了在三种情况下的连接颈应力变化曲线 ,由此判断最大应力发生的部位。而且分析了轧辊直径对连接颈应力的影响曲线。分析轧制产品可知 ,计算结果比较令人满意。最后 ,给出了轧制 30 m
The force distribution imposed on the connecting neck is analyzed according to the early failure,one of rolling defects in screw groove diagonal rolling spherical cast iron.Taken the milling ball of φ30mm spherical cast iron as the example,the changing curves of the connecting necks under three conditions are presented and the positions of the maximum stress are judged.The calculation results are satisfactory according to analyzing the rolled products.
