摘要
杭甬客专余姚特大桥跨余慈公路(70+125+70)m连续梁采用支架现浇法施工,施加超长节段间的预应力是该工程施工的重点和难点。为保证预应力施工,确保钢绞线束建立有效预应力,从波纹管安装、预应力束张拉及管道压浆施工方面进行质量控制,其中波纹管安装主要从波纹管安装坐标、安装工艺及安装接头方面进行控制;预应力束张拉施工时主要从张拉力确定、张拉伸长量复核、张拉伸长量量测及张拉伸长量偏差分析与处理方面进行控制;管道压浆施工时主要从水泥浆制备和压浆工艺方面进行控制,使该连续箱梁达到设计成桥状态。
The part of the Yuyao Bridge crossing the Yuci Highway on the Hangzhou-Ningbo Passenger Dedicated Railway Line is a (70+125+70) m continuous girder structure, which was cast in-situ with scaffoldings. The installation of the prestressing tendons in the very long girder sections was the key construction concern. In order to assure the smooth installation of the pres- tressing tendons and to make sure the establishing of effective prestress in the steel strands, the quality control focused on the aspects of the installation of the corrugated ducts, the tensioning of the prestressing tendons and the duct grouting. For the installation of the corrugated ducts, the control was mainly concentrated on the coordinates of the ducts, installation technique and the connecting joints. In the tensioning of the prestressing tendons, the control elements turned to be the identification of the tensioning force, the check of the elongation of the prestressing tendons, the measuring of the tendon elongation and the analysis and treatment of the elongation deviation. In addition, the fabrication of the mortar and grouting technique were the main control elements in the duct grouting. On the basis of the above quality control, the continuous box girder was erected to the finished state required in the design.
