摘要
从设计、施工等环节对摩阻参数的掌控进行分析,列举影响预应力孔道摩阻参数的诸多因素,根据最小二乘法原理进行摩阻试验的理论推导,引入高精度穿心式锚索计对某桥超长束进行现场摩阻试验.通过将试验值与设计值进行对比分析,指出针对该类试验采用最小二乘法原理进行数据处理的方法存在不足之处,并给出解决对策,最后论述了摩阻试验的必要性和一些工程建议.
Analyzing the design,construction and other sectors of the friction parameters,many influencing factors of the prestressed tendons with the wall of duct are pointed out.Based on the least square method,the theoretical derivation for the friction is tested.High-precision meter of cable is introduced into the friction test in super-long prestressed tendons of a bridge,and the test procedures and precautions are described.By comparing experimental values and design values,we find out the least square method's disadvantage in data processing of this type of test,and also provide solutions.At last we make a conclusion that the friction test is necessary in super-long prestressed tendons beams,at the same time we give some engineering advice.
