摘要
研制了一种精确定位预应力混凝土(PC)梁预应力管道的仪器,采用该仪器定位预应力管道,与传统方法相比,在管道纵、横、竖向坐标、管道整体顺适度方面有大幅度质量提升,对减小预应力张拉损失,提高梁体有效预应力,进而提高梁体承载能力方面具有非常好的实用价值。
An instrument was developed, which can locate the pre-stressed pipe of pre-stressed concrete (PC) beam precisely. Compared with traditional methods, this instrument greatly improves the quality in pipe longitudinal, horizontal, vertical coordinates, and pipes' overall compatibility. It is of great practical significance in reducing the pre-stressed tensioning loss, improving the beam' s effective pre-stress.
