摘要
为改善“选择性沉淀法从钨酸盐溶液中除钼、砷、锡、锑”技术在工业生产中渣的过滤和洗涤性能以及提高沉淀剂的利用率 ,进行了某些基础理论的探索 ,在这些理论成果的指导下 ,使工业生产条件下沉淀剂的利用率提高20%~25 % ,除钼渣的过滤性能明显改善 ,渣中含WO3 稳定在2 %~3%之间。
The new progress on the process of 'removal of Mo, As, Sn and Sb from tungsten solution by selective precipitation' has been obtained. Base on some researches of fundamental theory, both the consumption of precipitant and the loss of WO3 in the cake have been decreased considerably. The utilization of precipitants increase by 20%~25% and WO3 of filter residue stabilize in 2% to 3%.
