摘要
较系统地研究了湿冶离子交换法生产仲钨酸铵工艺中杂质锡的行为。结果表明 :不同矿种黑钨精矿锡的浸出率不同 ,且随温度的升高急剧升高 ;添加剂对锡的浸出有较大影响 ;交换工序除锡率达98 %以上 ;结晶过程前期锡优先析出。
Study the action of Sn in the production of APT by ion-exchange of hydrometallurgy. In consequence, diffrent leaching rates of Sn in diffrent wolframites,and it growes rapitly as the temperature sublimation; addition agent has great effect on Sn leaching; the rate of Sn moving is over 98% in ion-exchange process; Sn precipitation happens in earlier stage of crystallizing.
