摘要
针对高职工学结合校企双主体的人才培养模式相匹配的教学体系,结合我校人力资源管理专业的实证研究,分析了"认知学习—课程实训—综合实训—教学企业—顶岗实习"的全方位立体化五层次实践教学体系,以及该体系在培养学生职业能力方面的显著效果。
This paper,discussing the teaching system of talent cultivation mode based on school-enterprise double agents in higher vocational institutes,and in combination with the empirical study of human resource management program of our institute,analyses the all-round,five-level practice teaching system of cognitive learning-curriculum training-comprehensive training-teaching enterprise-practice on post,and it also makes an analysis of the distinct effect on students' professional ability cultivation.
