摘要
介绍了己二酸的阻垢机理,通过实验,研究了己二酸在石灰石湿法烟气脱硫系统中的阻垢效应,同时在相同的条件下与乙二胺四乙酸(EDTA)的阻垢效果作了对比实验。结果表明:己二酸对pH值在5.5~6.5之间,浓度为3.5%石灰石脱硫浆液有很好的缓冲作用,且浓度为0.28 g/L的己二酸的阻垢效果最佳,同时在对比实验中得出:添加最佳浓度己二酸比添加最佳浓度EDTA的石灰石浆液中挂片上的结垢量平均少3.8×10-4g/cm2。
This paper analyzed the scale inhibition efficiency of hexanedioic acid in the system of wet limestone FGD according to its mechanisms,and compared its scale inhibition efficiency with that of ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid(EDTA)in the same experimental conditions.The result shows that hexanedioic acid can reach favorable buffering effect with pH 5.5~6.5 and limestone serum of 3.5%.When hexanedioic acid concentration is 0.28 g/L,the best scale inhibition efficiency is reached,and inhibition scale efficiency of hexanedioic acid is on average 3.8×10-4 g/cm2 lower than EDTA in the system of wet limestone FGD.
