摘要
在φ150旋流板塔烟气脱硫装置上,试验了不同液气比和进口气SO_2浓度时有机废液(NaAd)作添加剂的影响。结果表明,添加NaAd有利于提高脱硫率和吸收剂利用率,并减缓结垢。添加适量的NaAd可使脱硫率提高5个百分点以上,气相单板效率Emv相应提高12个百分点以上。实验还研究了添加NaAd对浆液pH值、粘度,以及浆液中颗粒沉降、凝聚、粒度等物理化学特性的影响,并根据实验结果,提出了NaAd添加剂的作用机理。
The organic waste referred to as NaAd is used as the additive of wet flue gas desulfurization (FGD)process. The influence of NaAd is tested on the wet FGD system with a Φ150mm rotating-stream tray(RST) absorber and different liquid/gas ratio and SO2 concentration in the inlet flue gas. The experimental results indicate that NaAd is effective in enhancing sulfurdioxide removeal rate and absorbent utilization rate; and delaying scaling, etc. NaAd in a certain concentration range can enhance SO2 removal efficiency by 5% or more, and Murphree efficiency Emv by 12% or more. Furthermore, NaAd effectiveness mechanism is suggested according to the experimental results of its effects on some physical and chemical characteristics such as pH value and viscosity of the slurry,precipitation, coagulation and size distribution of the particles in the slurry.
