摘要
吸收塔内结垢是石灰石湿法脱硫技术在运行时存在的问题之一。分析了石灰石湿法脱硫技术吸收塔内各类垢体的成因、危害以及预防措施。借助于EDS和XRD对现场采集的吸收塔内结垢样品进行了元素分析和物相分析,获得了其主要元素和物相组成。另外,用SEM对垢样的微观形貌进行了观察,得出了所分析垢样的微观形貌特征。
Absorber scaling is Desulfurization operating. The one of problems appeared in limestone wet Flue Gas scaling formation mechanism, hazards and preventive measures are analyzed in this article. Elements and phases of the scale collected in the absorber are studied by EDS and XRD. Its main elements and phases are obtained. In addition, the scale appearance is also observed by SEM. Then its morphology characteristics are obtained too.
