摘要
商用车变速箱低挡同步器由三挡向二挡减挡,时常表现为换挡力大和换挡时间长等问题,DF6S900、DF6S720、DF6S650、DF5S550、DF5S470等多款现有主力商用车变速箱都存在低挡同步器动态换挡力重的问题,这主要是因为二挡单锥同步器同步容量偏低引起的,近几年,国内外多家研发机构都加大了对商用车变速箱低挡同步器的研发力度,为国内众多变速箱生产企业提供解决办法,多种结构的双锥同步器开始投入使用。对变速箱低挡同步器关键参数的优化设计进行了介绍,并通过相关试验对其给予验证,得到优化设计的实际价值,为推广提供支持。
