摘要
综合考虑了汽车手动变速器设计的多种因素,具体地论述了5档变速器的设计,对变速器档速比配置、齿轮设计和轴承选用等进行了详细的分析得出,斜齿轮采用21°和22°的螺旋角来降低中间轴及第二轴上的轴向力,从而延长轴承的寿命,并且可以使传动更加平稳。
This article considers many factors of the design of automobile manual transmission,elaborately explains the design of five speed transmission,explicitly analysises the transmission gear ratio ,gear design and bearing selection.The helical gear with helical gear of 21 degrees and 22 degrees can reduce the shaft power of central shaft and the second shaft ,prolong the life of bearings and stabilize the driving.
