摘要
推杆式作为线控换挡器的主要换挡型式之一,其换挡操纵性能是评价换挡器商品性的重要指标,而换挡过程中的换挡力又是换挡操纵性能的一项关键指标。通过对线控换挡器换挡过程进行分析,建立了换挡力数学模型,并通过台架试验对该模型进行了验证。同时分析了该模型的有效性,以及影响该模型的重要因素,得到仿形模块槽位倾角对换挡力的影响显著。在此基础上结合所建立的换挡力模型对原状态仿形模块进行了优化及验证,满足了换挡力标准要求,并得到客户认可。
Push rod as one of the main shift types of the shift-by-wire,the performance of its shifting operation is an important index to evaluate its commercialization,and the shifting force in the shifting process is a key index of the performance of its shifting operation.Through the analysis of the shifting process of the shift-by-wire,the mathematical model of the shifting force was established.And the model was verified by the bench test.At the same time,the validity of the model and the important factors affecting the model were analyzed.It is found that the groove inclination of the profiling module has a significant effect on the shifting force.On the basis of the above analysis,combined with the established shifting force model,the original profiling module was optimized and verified,it meets the shifting force standard and gets approval of customers through subjective evaluation.
