摘要
俄罗斯经济具有明显的资源型特点,并且已经出现"资源诅咒"特征。在俄罗斯经济转轨过程中,制度、自然资源与经济增长存在着必然的联系:一方面丰裕的自然资源弱化了制度建设的激励;另一方面弱化的制度又阻碍了对自然资源的合理利用。二者之间的交互作用形成了低质量制度建设的路径依赖,最终导致俄罗斯经济陷入"资源诅咒"。
Russian economy shows the typical feature of ＂resource curse＂. There is a necessary relation among systematic construction, natural resource and economic growth in the process of Russian retracking. On the one hand, rich natural resource weakens the impetus of systematic construction, on the other hand, weakened system hinders the rational utilization of natural resource. The interaction between the two forms the path dependence of lower quality of systematic construction, leading ultimately to Russia＇s entrapment into ＂resource curse＂.
