摘要
综合国力的测度是非常复杂的工作,不同指标体系的选择、不同数据来源、不同的指标权重以及不同的合成方法等都会产生不同的测度结果,对综合国力排名的理解必须结合其相应的测度过程。作者在对综合国力概念和测度方法简述的基础上,对目前国力测度中所用的方法和结论进行比较研究,指出结论的差异根本在于对综合国力结构理解的不同,尽管排名不同,但目前全球力量的基本格局都是超强的美国和诸多国力次强的国家构成。另外,用单方面指标测度的国力对综合国力的全面理解具有重要的补充作用。
It is a very complicated to measure national power. Different index systems, data sources, weight choices, and methods of aggregation will generate different results. Thus, the understanding of ranks in national power should be combined with the relevant procedures of measuring. Through a comparative analysis of the current different rankings of national power, the author concludes that each ranking has its own research basis and special index choice, and the different results in the ranking are normal. Furthermore, the entire structure of global power is consistent: the United States has super power and many countries have lesser power, including the UK, France, Germany, Canada, Japan, Russia, and China. In addition, national power measurement by a single index serves as an important supplement to the understanding of comprehensive national power.
