摘要
我国自然资源丰富,但人均占有水平低,资源质量不高,且分布不平衡。今后几十年。我国人口与资源、经济增长与资源供给的矛盾将日益突出。摆脱危机的唯一出路是建立资源节约型的国民经济体系。当前的对策是调整产业结构,提高资源利用的宏观效益;资源开发合理布局,资源与产业优势互补;调整资源价格;建立相应管理机构和完善管理制度。
China is rich in natural resources but the quality of these resources is not high and the distribu tion uneven and when averaged, the mean figure per capita is low, In the coming decades the problems of population vs resources, the economic growth vs resources supply will become more conflicting. The only way for resolving the conflict is to establish a national economic system of resources conservation type. Things should be done at present are proposed as foilows:to readjust the industrial structure so as to improve the macro economic returns in the utilization of natural resources;make a more rational layoutin the exploration of natural resources so that the merits of some resources can compensate the shortcomings of some industries and vice versa;adjust the prices of resources;set up appropriate management institutions and better the management system.
