摘要
顶岗实习是高职院校学生提升综合职业能力的重要环节,但现实中企业参与积极性不高,顶岗实习岗位与专业对口率不高,顶岗实习的管理、监控与考核也不到位,而且缺乏人性化管理,影响了学生的积极性和实习质量。随着顶岗实习制度的进一步完善,未来顶岗实习将呈现政府主导化、内容合理化、形式多样化以及管理规范化、网络化、人性化等趋势。
Post practice is an important step for enhancing students＇ comprehensive professional abilities, but enterprises usually don＇t have enthusiasm to participate in practice teaching, and the posts for practice of students usually don＇t accord with their specialties, and the management and evaluation on post practice also don＇ t implement well, which influence the enthusiasm of students and the practice quality. With the optimization of post practice system, the post practice in future will have the following trends： dominance of government, rationalization of contents, diversification of modes, standardization, networking and humanism-based management.
