摘要
高职教育的终极目标是理论知识与就业岗位的无缝对接。国家相关部门要求各高职院校根据自身情况开展顶岗实习。近些年来,很多院校在顶岗实习制度上取得了丰硕成果,然而也暴露一些问题。基于此,各高职院积极探讨顶岗实习的制度研究。在此以渤海船舶职业学院为例,阐述该院顶岗实习制度建立的新举措、新方法,具有广泛的推广意义。
The ultim ate goal of higher vocational education is the seam less joint of theory know ledge and jobs. The related authority requires that the higher vocational colleges carry out internship according to their ow n circum stance. In recent years, m any colleges and universities have achieved fruitful results in the internship system , but also exposed som e problem s. B ased on this, the higher vocational colleges actively explore the research of internship system . H ere taking B ohai Shipbuilding V ocational C ollege as an exam ple, the paper elaborates the new m easures and new w ays of establishing the internship system in the college, and has extensive prom otion significance.
