摘要
功能磁共振成像(fMRI)是一种能够无创地应用于人类脑功能成像的方法,其在临床上已经获得了广泛的应用。颞叶癫痫因其重要结构的病理损伤,常导致语言、记忆等认知功能活动的受损。通过功能磁共振成像可以很好地评价此类患者认知功能的改变情况,进而为临床诊断与治疗提供重要指导。现就(fMRI)在颞叶癫痫患者认知功能评价中的研究进展予以综述。
Functional magnetic resonance imaging（fMRI）is a method able to map human brain function areas non-invasively,which has been widely applied in clinical.Because of the important structures′ pathological damage in temporal lobe epilepsy,cognitive functions such as language and memory are often impaired.By functional magnetic resonance imaging,the cognitive function of such patients can be well evaluated,and thus important guidance for the clinical diagnosis and treatment can be provided.Here is to make a brief review on the research progress of functional magnetic resonance imaging in the evaluation of cognitive function in patients with temporal lobe epilepsy.
