摘要
成人肾上腺皮质癌是一种发生于肾上腺皮质的恶性肿瘤,临床罕见,恶性程度高。其发病率女性高于男性,该病侵袭性强,进展迅速,预后差,通常在确诊时已有远处转移,患者的平均生存率大多低于3年。现就成人肾上腺皮质癌的流行病学、病因及发病机制、临床分期、病理特点、临床表现、实验室及影像学检查、治疗和预后予以综述。
Adult adrenocortical carcinoma is an adrenal malignant tumor,which is very rare in clinical,and the malignant degree is high.The prevalence in females is higher than that in males.Because the disease is very aggressive and the progress is rapid,when diagnosed,distant metastasis has often already appeared,which results in poor prognosis,and the average survival is less than 3 years.Here is to make a review on epidemiology,etiology and pathogenesis,clinical staging,pathological features,clinical manifestations,laboratory and imaging examination,treatment and prognosis of adrenocortical carcinoma in adults.
