摘要
神经胶质瘤是目前颅内常见的恶性肿瘤,尚无根治方法。由于肿瘤大多呈浸润性生长,常与周围正常脑组织边界不清,手术治疗多数无法全部彻底切除,需要辅助结合放疗、化疗、免疫治疗等综合治疗手段以延长患者生存期和提高患者生存质量。神经胶质瘤的治疗研究是神经外科领域的热点,虽然已取得一些成绩,但一直未能实现突破性进展。
Glioma is a common intracranial malignant tumor,for which there is no cure so far.Due to the tumor invasive growth in most cases,which is often unclear from boundary of the surrounding normal tissue,the majority of surgical treatments cannot realize complete resection where radiotherapy,chemotherapy,immunotherapy and other treatments are needed as auxiliary treatment to prolong survival and improve the quality of life.The treatment of glioma is the hot spot in the field of neurosurgery,which has achieved some success,but no breakthrough has been made so far.
