摘要
抗肿瘤药缓释制剂植入肿瘤组织、瘤周组织的间质中或肿瘤切除后的瘤床,达到局部高药物浓度,降低系统毒副反应。杀死或抑制肿瘤病灶,减少、延迟局部复发或转移,改善预后,有着广阔发展前景。文章就间质化疗的概念、动物试验、常用缓释制剂及国内外临床应用作一综述。
The sustained-release anticancer drug implantation can achieve high local concentration with reducing systematic toxicity by implanting sustained-release drug into tumor tissue or interstitial tissue.It can kill or inhibit tumor cells,reduce or delay the chance of local recurrence or metastasis, and improve prognosis with a broad prospect.The concept of interstitial chemotherapy,animal experiment,sustained-release agents and the clinical application are reviewed.
