外源维生素对盐胁迫下红小豆幼苗脂质过氧化的影响 被引量:5

Effects of Exogenous Vitamins on Membrane Lipid Peroxidation of Adzuki Bean Seedling under Salt Stress

摘要 采用不同浓度的外源维生素(VB1、VPP)对盐胁迫对红小豆幼苗生理特性的影响进行了研究。结果表明:外源维生素可不同程度地提高盐胁迫下红小豆叶片叶绿素含量及幼苗体内游离脯氨酸和可溶性糖等渗透调节物质的含量,增强其渗透调节能力;同时提高过氧化物酶活性,抑制脂质过氧化产物丙二醛的积累。可见,外源维生素可以不同程度地缓解盐胁迫对红小豆幼苗造成的伤害。 The effects of exgenous vitamins(VB1,VPP) of different concentration on Membrane Lipid Peroxidation of adzuki bean seedling were studied.The results showed that application of exgenous vitamins could increase the contents of chlorophyll and some osmotica,such as free proline and soluble sugar,promote the activity of peroxidase,and delay the accumulation of malon dialdehyde.In conclusion,exogenous vitamins could relieve,to a certain extent,the damage of salt stress on adzuki bean seedling.
