摘要
在对互联电网经济功率交换分析的基础上 ,得出了我国电力工业出厂电价指数与电能消耗量、工业总产值指数 ( 1 980～ 1 997年 )的回归模型。由回归分析可知当电力进入买方市场时 ,售电价格是影响经济功率交换的主要因素。在定量分析的基础上对预测结果进行定性分析 ,提出了当电力进入买方市场时 ,电力市场的竞争主要表现为销售电价的竞争 ,成本是进入电力市场的决定性因素 ;并对上述分析提出了相应的措施。
With the analysis of economic power exchange for grid inter region, it is submitted that the regressive model of ex factory price index, consumption of electric energy and total output value of industry fits for our power industry in 1980～1997 based the theory of the regressive analysis. It is put forward that electric price is main factor for effect on economic power exchange when power industry comes into the market of buyers. The forecasted result is qualitatively analyzed based the quantitative analysis. The competition of electric market mainly appears the competition of electric price while power industry come into buyers market. The cost is directly factor for coming into electric power market.
