Control of three mycotoxin in grains by ^(60)Co γ ray irradiation

摘要 以黄曲霉毒素B1、玉米赤霉烯酮和赭曲霉毒素A的纯品水溶液及受其污染的大米和玉米为材料,采用ELISA法检测毒素含量,研究60Coγ射线辐照对这3种毒素的降解效果。结果表明,纯品水溶液中3种毒素的降解率随辐照剂量的增加而增加,当辐照剂量为4 kGy时,黄曲霉毒素B1、玉米赤霉烯酮和赭曲霉毒素A的降解率分别达到95%、90%、11%,剂量为6 kGy时分别达到94%、90%和60%以上,此后降解率变化随辐照剂量的增加而趋于缓慢。大米中黄曲霉毒素B1和玉米中玉米赤霉烯酮、赭曲霉毒素A的降解率亦随辐照剂量的增加而增加,当辐照剂量为4 kGy时,黄曲霉毒素B1、玉米赤霉烯酮和赭曲霉毒素A的降解率分别达到42%、99%、85%,剂量为6kGy时均达到84%以上,此后降解率变化与溶液中的变化相似。以上结果表明γ射线辐照对这3种真菌毒素具有良好的降解效果。 Water solutions of aflatoxinB1,zearalenone,and ochratoxinA and contaminated rice and maize were irradiated by 60Co γ ray to study the degradation of three toxins using ELISA(enzyme-linked immuro sorbent assay).The degradation rates of aflatoxinB1,zearalenone and ochratoxinA in their water solutions went up with the increase of irradiation doses,being 95%,90% and 11% when the irradiation dose was 4 kGy,and being more than 94%,90% and 60% when 6 kGy,and then changed slowly.In contaminated grains,the degradation rates of aflatoxinB1,zearalenone and ochratoxinA rose with the increase of irradiation doses,being 42%,99% and 85% when the irradiation dose was 4 kGy,and being more than 84% when 6 kGy,and then kept stable.It indicated that aflatoxinB1,zearalenone and ochratoxinA could be degraded efficiently by γ ray irradiation.
