摘要
以糖蜜为主要培养料,对红灵芝菌丝生长条件进行了优化筛选。结果表明,糖蜜可满足红灵芝菌丝生长发育对营养的需求,通过正交试验得出菌丝生长最适条件为:27℃,pH 6.0,糖蜜用量为3.5%,菌丝平均生长速率高达1.697cm/天。
Using molasses as main culture material, the culture conditions of Ganoderma lucidum my- celia are studied in this paper. The results show that molasses can provide enough nutrition for the growth of Ganoderma lucidum mycelia. Orthogonal tests show that the growth rate of Ganoderma lucidum mycelia is maximal under the following conditions： 27 ℃, pH 6. 0, dosage of molasses is 3. 5%, and the average growth rate is up to 1. 697 cm/d.
