超声波辅助提取灵芝菌丝胞内多糖的研究 被引量:2

摘要 采用正交试验优化了超声波提取多糖的工艺条件,得出最佳工艺条件为:超声功率1 300 W、超声提取时间60 min、料液温度70℃、料液比1∶9,在此工艺条件下,测得提取液中多糖含量为9.0 g/kg。 The technics of extracting intracellular polysaccharide from ganoderma lucidum hypha by ultrasonic are optimized by orthogonal experiment. It shows that the best condition is 1 300 W of the power of ultrasonic, 60 minutes of ultrasonic function time, 70 ℃ of extraction temperature and 1 : 9 of the ratio of material and water, and the content of polysaccharides in extraction liquid can reach 9.0 g/kg.
