摘要
就温度、pH、营养物质对2种白灵菇菌种的菌丝生长的影响进行了研究。结果表明:"天山2号"菌种在25℃时,菌丝生长速率、健壮程度均优于22.5℃和27.5℃,而"白灵菇1号"菌种在25~27.5℃菌丝生长较好,优于22.5℃和30.0℃;2种白灵菇菌种的菌丝在pH4.5~8.5均可生长,但在pH6.9~7.7条件下,菌丝生长得更好;一定浓度的蛋白胨和硫酸锌有利于2种白灵菇菌种的菌丝生长,而硫酸锌的效果更明显。
The effects of temperature, pH and nutrients on the hypha growth of two different varieties of Bailing mushroom were Studied.The results showed that the most proper temperature to the hypha growth of the fungi varieties of Tianshan-mushroom 2 was 25℃;under this temperature, hypha growth was quicker and more strong than that at 22.5℃ or 27.5℃ .Between 25℃ and 27.5℃,the hypha growth of Bailing mushroom 1 was better than that at 22.5℃ or 30.0℃.However,the hypha of two kinds of Bailing mushroom could all grow in the range of pH 4.5~8.5 and temperature 17.5~30.0℃, but the pH 6.9~7.7 was more advantageous to the hypha growth.The effects of Peptone and ZnSO_4 at certain concentration on the hypha growth of two kinds of Bailing mushroom were stronger than others. ZnSO_4 could make Bailing mushroom's hypha grow well.
