摘要
界定工程索赔的相关概念,基于工程索赔的特点运用博弈论将索赔分为索赔机会发现、索赔讨价还价和索赔争端处理三个博弈阶段,通过分别建立博弈模型展现索赔处理的全过程,重点分析业主和承包商的博弈行为和策略,得到不同情况下的纳什均衡并提出了相应的工程索赔处理策略。

And depicts the whole process of claim handling through the establishment of three game models respectively, analyzes focusing on behaviors and strategies of the owner and contractor, Obtains the Nash equilibriums under different situations, and present strategies of claim handling.
