摘要
水利工程建设工期长,技术难度大,设计变更和不可预见因素多,索赔在工程建设中难免发生,如何正确处理和解决工程建设中的索赔对工程的顺利开展至关重要.在索赔处理时,一般遵循先定性分析,后定量计算的方法,促使合同双方相互理解,以使问题得到顺利解决,使工程建设正常进行.
Because of long water conservancy engineering construction time limit for a project,difficult techniques,design modification and many unforeseen factors,claims in the course of water conservancy engineering construction are hard to avoid.How to deal with and solve project construction claims is an important question for a supervision engineer.In the course of dealing with claims,follow the methods of qualitative analysis at first and then quantitative calculation in order to impel the two parties in the contract to comprehend each other and solve problems smoothly.
