摘要
研究固硫灰做水泥混合材及缓凝剂,其细度和掺量对水泥性能的影响。试验结果表明,10%~30%不同细度的固硫灰掺入硅酸盐水泥熟料中后,所制备的水泥安定性合格、凝结时间正常;强度随着细度的增加而增加,随着掺量的增加先增加后降低;磨细处理有利于降低水泥的总膨胀能。同时通过研究发现,固硫灰的掺量和细度对水泥早期水化产物的形成有较大的影响,掺磨细固硫灰水泥所形成的AFt是粗大的针棒状结构,而掺未磨细固硫灰水泥形成细小的AFt和大量的AFm。
Circulating fluidized bed combustion ashes (CFBC ashes) were used as mixtures and retarders of cement, and the effect of fineness and contents of CFBC ashes on the properties of cement were studied. The results showed that the addition of 10%-30% CFBC ashes that with different fineness had little effect on setting time and soundness of the cement. However, the strength of cement increased with increasing of CFBC ashes fineness, and the strength were changed from up to down during the CFBC ashes content increased gradually, the optimum content of CFBC ashes was obtained. Grinding CFBC ashes was helpful to reduce the total expansion energy of cement. The contents and fineness of CFBC ashes had great effect on the formation of early hydration products. The as-prepared ettringite of cement with ground CFBC ashes was a thick needle rod- like structure, and hydration products of the cement with original CFBC ashes were small ettringite and a large number of AFm.
