流化床燃煤固硫灰渣膨胀控制因素研究 被引量:11

摘要 分别用线性膨胀率和XRD研究固硫灰渣净浆试件的膨胀特性和固硫灰渣水化产物随龄期变化趋势,并在结合二者试验结果的基础上对膨胀控制因素进行探讨。结果显示:固硫灰渣净浆试件的线性膨胀率在14~28 d前增加迅速,而后趋于平缓。试验表明,固硫灰渣的膨胀特性可分为两个阶段:14~28 d前主要受钙矾石量所控制,而随后龄期则主要受二水石膏量所控制。 Linear expansion ratio and X-ray diffraction(XRD) were used to study the expansion property and the change trend by the age of hydration products of Fluidized Bed Combustion(FBC) ashes paste respectively,followed by the investigation of the controlling factors of expansion.The results show that the linear expansion ratio of FBC ashes paste increases rapidly before 14-28 days,and it turns steady later.This work confirms that the expansion property of FBC ashes can be divided into two phases: The linear expansion ratio of FBC ashes paste is controlled by the content of ettringite before 14-28 days,but by the content of gypsum subsequently.
