摘要
分析比较了广东省内3家新型干法水泥厂熟料矿物组成、烧成工艺和粉磨工艺的差异。结果表明,熟料矿物组成对管桩水泥性能影响较大;改善水泥颗粒级配和提高煅烧热力强度均能改善管桩水泥的性能。
The difference of clinker mineral composition, burning process and grinding process of three modern cement plants in Guangdong province was compared. The results showed that the clinker mineral composition was a key facto to influence the performance of cement. The improvement of cement particle distribution and heating intensity during clinker burning could also improve the performance of cement for pipe pile manufacturing.
