摘要
我国大规模客运专线和高速铁路的建设及其陆续开通运营,标志着我国铁路已进入以高新技术为核心的高速铁路时代。高速铁路的发展对企业员工的素质、能力提出了更高的要求,同时也对铁路企业员工培训也提出了更高的要求。而我国铁路企业员工培训存在教资力量短缺,员工素质良莠不齐,培训机制不完善,培训方式单一等问题,笔者针对这些问题提出了加强师资力量,提升兼职教师的水平;采取针对性的培训,全面提高企业员工的素质;.完善培训激励机制,调动职工学习积极性,提高培训效果;对培训全过程进行系统规划,创新培训形式等对策。
With the opening of high-speed railway era ,the railway enterprises are in great demand of staff with high-education and good skills .Therefore the railway enterprises need to train its staff .However ,there are some problems existing in training .The author analyzes some solutions to solve those problems .
