摘要
职工培训关系着企业的生存和发展。本文提出建立基于网络的职工培训管理信息系统的设计思想和实现目标,并对系统的网络结构、运行平台和重要模块进行分析和设计。
Staff training related to the survival and development of enterprises.In this paper,the design thought and its purposel of Railway Staff Training Management Information System which was based on Web were proposed.And it was also analyzed and designed the network,the running platform and the import module of the System.
