摘要
[目的]优化卷烟烘丝工序工艺参数。[方法]对烘丝生产工序工艺技术参数进行了大量的试验和优化,通过对内在品质的评价,寻求适宜工艺运行控制参数。[结果]卷烟烘丝工序工艺运行控制最优参数为:烘丝工作蒸汽压力0.25 MPa,热风温度120℃,热风风速0.5 m/s。在此工艺条件下,烟丝的填充值和结构有明显改善,烟支单重下降了6 mg/支,烟叶原料消耗下降0.42 kg/箱,取得了明显的经济效益。[结论]该研究得出的烘丝过程中适宜的工艺技术参数不仅能改善烟丝的物理质量,利于减少烟支单重、降低消耗,而且能有效提高产品内在品质。
[Objective] To optimum drying parameters of cut tobacco.[Method] Through a lot of experiments and tobacco inner quality evaluation,the optimal technique controlling parameters were found out.[Result] The optimal parameters were: steam pressure 0.25 MPa,hot wind temperature 120 ℃,wind speed 0.5 m/s.Under the above technique conditions,the cut tobacco filling value and structure improved obviously,single tobacco weight reduced 6 mg,raw material consumption decreased 0.42 kg/box,obtaining significant economic benefits.[Conclusion] The obtained optimal technique parameters not only can improve physical quality of cut tobacco,reduce single tobacco weight,decrease energy consumption,but also effectively improve inner quality of products.
