摘要
根据PROTOS70卷烟机供丝系统的基本原理,除平整器对烟支中的烟丝分布起重要作用外,卷烟机VE的针辊转速和大小风机压力等工艺参数的变化对卷烟质量的稳定性也有一定作用。采用3因素3水平正交试验设计与数理统计方法,研究了卷烟机主要工艺参数对卷烟重量、吸阻等指标变异系数的影响。结果表明,针辊转速、大风机压力、小风机压力3个工艺参数对卷烟重量和吸阻的稳定均有不同程度影响,尤以针辊转速的影响最大,但3因素对卷烟重量和吸阻稳定的影响均未达到显著性程度。在试验范围内,3因素的最佳参数分别为410r/min、-8500pa、1200pa。
According to the basic principle of cut tobacco supplying system in PROTOS70 cigarette making machine, besides the function of evener in the distribution of cut tobacco in cigarettes, the changes of technological parameter including VE porcupine roller rotational speed and air blower pressure have effect on stability of cigarette quality. Using orthogonal test design with 3 factors and 3 levels and the statistical method, main technological parameters of cigarette making machine on coefficients of variation including cigarette mass, draw resistance was studied. The results indicated that the porcupine roller rotational speed, the big air blower pressure and the small air blower pressure had different effects on the stability of cigarette mass and draw resistance. The porcupine roller rotational speed exhibited the most effect, but the effect of these 3 factors on cigarette mass and stability of draw resistance was not significant. The optimum parameters of these 3 factors were 410 r/min, -8500 Pa, 1200 Pa, respectively.
