摘要
人食管癌相关基因4(ECRG4)通过与核转录因子-KB(NF—KB)与p53相互作用参与调节细胞周期从而发挥抑癌基因的功能。研究表明ECRG4表达下调与多种肿瘤的发生发展密切相关,提示ECRG4有望成为针对恶性肿瘤的潜在分子诊断标志物和治疗靶点。
Esophageal cancer related gene 4 (ECRG4) serves as a tumor suppressor gene through interacting with NF-KB and p53 pathways. Multiple studies have demonstrated that the down-regulated expression of ECRG4 occurs in a variety of cancer types, indicating a potential application of ECRG4 as a molecular diagnostic marker as well as a therapeutic target
