摘要
目的探讨护理艾滋病患者的职业防护及护理管理方法。方法总结近3年住院的68例艾滋病患者护理管理及防护经验,进行艾滋病防治知识规范化培训及护理人员心理指导,严格职业防护,加强病房管理及消毒隔离,制定艾滋病护理规范。结果做好职业防护及护理管理,保证了患者医护质量,有效避免了医患纠纷、交叉感染及职业暴露等问题。结论做好临床护士的职业培训,规范防护工作流程是收治艾滋病患者护理管理的重点。
Objective To explore the occupational protection of AIDS nursing personnel and nursing management methods. Methods The nursing management and protection experience of 68 hospitalized patients with AIDS in recent three years were summarized in order to perform standard AIDS knowledge training and psychological guidance for nursing personnel, enhance occupational protection awareness, reinforce ward management, disinfection and isolation, and formulate AIDS nursing specification. Results Good occupational protection and nursing management could ensure the nursing quality of patients, avoid doctor-patient disputes, prevent cross infection and occupa- tional exposure. Conclusion Good occupational training for clinical nurses and standard protection work procedures are the main points of nursing management for AIDS patients.
