摘要
目的探讨HIV感染合并开放性骨折患者的护理方法。方法回顾分析8例合并开放性骨折HIV感染者在住院期间采用的隔离措施、专科护理、基础护理、心理护理和健康教育,以及对医护人员艾滋病防治知识的培训。结果8例患者伤肢伤口愈合拆线出院,患者没有发生并发症,无医护人员发生职业暴露和院内交叉感染发生。结论采用针对性隔离措施可以避免医护人员职业暴露,加强与患者的沟通和健康教育,可帮助HIV感染患者建立战胜疾病的信心,使其无抵触行为并顺利配合治疗。
Objective To explore the nursing method for HIV infected patients with open fracture. Method We retrospectively analyzed the isolation measures,specialty nursing,basic nursing,psychological care and health education on 8 cases of H IV infected patients with open fracture, as well as the training of prevention and treatment know＇ledge of AIDS for medical staff. Result All the 8 patients were discharged without complications. There was no occupational exposure for the medical staff and no cross infectiorl of HIV within hospital. Conclusion Effective isolation measures could avoid occupational exposure for medical staff＇. Strengthening nurse - patient communication and health education could help the HIV infected patients to enhance their confidence to cope with disease and cooperate with the treatment better.
