摘要
目的了解护士被锐器伤的情况,为采取职业防护措施提供科学依据。方法采用问卷调查护士被锐器伤的有关情况。结果被调查916名护士中有759人发生过锐器伤,发生率82.86%,共发生2 572例次损伤,平均每人发生锐器伤3.39次,其中69.57%被污染针头所刺伤;锐器伤发生以针头和玻璃伤为主,分别占70.47%、24.20%;操作后整理用物特别在处理使用过的锐器时刺伤率达39.93%;护士在操作时只有42.25%戴手套。结论应加强“全面性防护”概念的教育,提高自我防护意识,采用防刺性护理用具,减少护士锐器伤的发生。
OBJECTIVE To understand the feature of sharp injuries among nurses for providing scientific evidence of taking corresponding occupational protection. METHODS Nurses were investigated by completing questionnaires. RESULTS Among 916 nurses, 759 nurses suffered sharp injuries in the past year. The incidence rate of sharp injuries was 82.86%. There were 2752 cases-times of sharp injuries occurred in the past year (mean 3.39 ). 69.57% of those sharp injuries were caused by blood-contaminated needles. Needles and glass were involved in 70. 46% and 24.20% of the sharp injuries events. 39.93% of sharp injuries were related to disposed of needles after being used. Only 42. 25% of nurses wore gloves while they were working with sharp. CONCLUSIONS Clinical nurses have poor awareness of protection and the incidence rate of sharp injuries is high. Therefore, education of concept of “Universal precautions” should be emphasized to improve the awareness of self-protection among nurses. Safer systems of work should be implemented to reduce the incidence of sharp injuries.
