摘要
目的探讨输血后需要多少冲洗液量和如何冲洗才能冲净静脉输液港内残留的血液。方法用静脉输液港输完100 ml悬浮红细胞后,用输血器直接接生理盐水自然输注冲管和用10 ml注射器抽吸生理盐水进行脉冲式冲管,观察冲洗液量及输液港内血液的残留量。结果用输血器直接接生理盐水自然输注冲管者,输入生理盐水200 ml后,输液港的穿刺座内仍有沉积性血迹。用10 ml注射器抽吸生理盐水进行脉冲式冲管,当冲洗到5 ml后输液港的穿刺座和导管清亮。结论用静脉输液港输血或输入两种不相容药物时必须用10 ml生理盐水进行脉冲式冲管,才能冲净输液港内的残留物,保证永久性导管的通畅。
Objective To study the need of flushing liquor for wash down remained blood for vein transfusion port after blood transfusion. Methods After transfusion 100 mL suspend Red Blood Cell by vein transfusion port,normal saline was used for natural washing down remain blood through apparatus transfusion, 10 mL normal saline was absorbed by syringe and pulse style washing was done. The amount of flushing liquor and remain of blood were observed. Results After natural washing down by 200 mL of normal saline, bloodstain was remained in veintransfusion port. The blood remain was wash out and apparatus transusion was clean after 5 mL normal saline pulse style washing. Conclusions After blood transfusion by vein transfusion port, before transfusion of two kinds of incompatible drug,10 mL normal saline pulse style washing should be used for clean the vein transfusion port,and ensure the per- manent catheter smoothness.
