摘要
采用浓硝酸-高氯酸常压消解倍花样品,用火焰原子吸收光谱法测定了倍花中5种重金属含量。结果表明,倍花中锌、铜、铅、铬、镉含量依次为11.1370、5.2973、2.1548、0.1759、0.8458μg/g,平均加标回收率分别为97.78%、96.8%、100.16%、93.6%、104.98%;RSD分别为1.27%、2.10%、2.08%、3.14%、1.42%。精密度和重复性实验的RSD在0.12%—5.79%范围内。
The sample of beihua was digested by concentrated HNO3-HC104 at normal pressure. The contents of the five heavy metal in beihua were measured by flame atomic absorption spectrophotmetry (FAAS). The results showed that contents of zinc, copper, lead, chromium and cadmium in beihua were respectively 11. 1370,5. 2973, 2. 1548,0. 1759,0. 8458μg/g, and average recoveries were 97. 78%, 96. 80% ,100. 16%, 93. 60%, 104. 98% ,and RSDs were 1.27% ,2.10%, 2.08 %, 3.14 %, 1.42 %,respectively. RSD of precision and repeatability experiment were in the range of 0. 12%--5.79%.
