摘要
以木瓜叶为原料,用超声波辅助提取木瓜叶中的多糖,并对其抗氧化活性进行研究。通过单因素试验和正交试验确定最佳提取条件,试验表明:超声波频率90kHz、醇沉浓度95%、提取时间60min、料液比1:25(m/v)的条件下,木瓜叶中多糖得率最高,达到2.47%。抗氧化试验表明,木瓜叶多糖具有较强清除DPPH.和.OH自由基的能力,其IC50(半抑制浓度)分别为29、110μg/mL。
Ultrasonic-assisted extraction was applied to extract polysaccharides from papaya leaves, and their antioxidant activity for DPPH. and .OH free radical were examined. The optimal extraction conditions were obtained through single factors and orthogonal experiments. The results show that the optimal ultrasonic frequency, ethanol concentration, extracting time, and ratio of solid to liquid were 90 kHz, 95%, 60 min, 1:25 (m/v), respectively. Under the optimal conditions, the extraction yield of polysaccharide was 2.47%. Moreover, the IC5o values of the polysaccharides against DPPH. and .OH free radical were 29 pg/ mL and 110 pg/mL, respectively.
