摘要
按照美国临床实验室标准委员会(NCCLS)推荐的K irby-Bauer药敏纸片法,对从2个猪扬分离到的大肠杆菌进行了17种抗菌药物的敏感性测试.结果显示,从用药习惯和用药频率存在较大差异的新旧2个猪场分离到的大肠杆菌对这些抗生素的耐药情况比较接近,对大部分抗生素仅为程度上的差别.表明细菌耐药性形成有其特定规律,对某些抗生素的耐药性一旦形成,很难恢复到敏感状态.药物使用频率与多重耐药细菌的出现有直接的关系.
In order to compare the difference of antibiotic resistant model between two pig farms, antimicrobial susceptivity test were carried out to Escherichia coil by using the Kirby-Bauer method recommended by National Committee for Clinical Laboratory Standards (NCCLS). The result indicated that there is little difference between the two pig farms, though there are much difference in the using of antibiotic. It is prompted that there are some disciplinarians in the form of antibiotic resistance. To some antibiotic, once resistance has been formed, it is difficult for them to resume. There is direct relationship between the using frequency and the appearance of multi-resistant bacterium.
