淮河蚌埠段水中有机浓缩物的诱变性与脂质过氧化关系 被引量:1

摘要 [目的 ]探讨淮河水中有机浓缩物的致诱变性及与脂质过氧化关系。 [方法 ]采集淮河蚌埠段上、中、下游水样。经吸附、浓缩后予小鼠灌胃染毒。以小鼠胸骨骨髓嗜多染红细胞微核率和精子畸形率检测其细胞遗传毒性。并测定血清、肝、脑组织匀浆中脂质过氧化物 (L PO)及超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶 (GSH-Px)活性。 [结果 ]淮河不同区段水质中有机污染浓缩物均有不同程度致突变 ,与对照相比血清、肝、脑组织 L PO相应增高 ,SOD和 GSH- Px活性相应减低。工业废水排污口附近有机污染物致突变性 >生活污水排放口附近淮河水 >上游水。致突变与脂质过氧化反应之间呈正相关关系。 [结论 ]淮河水蚌埠段有机浓缩物具有不同程度的致诱变性 ,并可促进组织匀浆脂质过氧化反应的发生。 Objective]To explore the relationship between mutagenicity and lipid peroxidation of organic extracts of Huaihe river water [Methods]After adsorption and concentration,the obtained organic extracts of water samples collected from upper,middle and lower reaches of Bengbu sector of Huaihe river,were perfused orally in mice The micronucleus rates of thoracic bonemarrow polychromatic erythrocytes and the rates of sperm deformity in mice indicating genotoxicity,were determined,as well as the levels of lipid peroxides (LPO),the activities of surperoxide dismutase (SOD) and glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px) in serum,and homogenates of liver and brain tissue [Results]The positive mutagenicity in varying degree was induced by the organic extracts of water samples collected from different investigated sectors of Huaihe river Higher levels of LPO and lower activities of SOD and GSH-Px were found in serum,liver and brain tissue homogenates compared with controls The strongest mutagenicity was observed in organic extracts of water samples collected from the location nearby industrial sewage outfall,the next one was from the location nearby domestic sewage outfall and third one was those from upper reaches The mutagenicity intensites in both test showed positively correlations with lipid peroxidation [Conclusion]The organic extracts of water samples collected from Bengbu sector of Huaihe river had positive mutagenicity in different degrees,which could promote the liped peroxidation in serum and tissue homogenates
