摘要
对30位研究生教师进行调查发现,研究生教师存在一些问题,如缺少专业发展规划,难以发挥专业优势,较缺乏专业支持,对幼儿园教育现状存有困惑,存在一定的人际交往障碍,工作压力较大,等等。对此,幼儿园管理者应树立培养这些研究生教师的科学理念,并作出合理规划,应建立民主化、人性化的管理模式;教育行政部门、相关高校和幼儿园应给予这些研究生教师全面到位的专业支持;研究生教师自身应注意扬长补短,学会自我调适。
An investigation of 30 kindergarten teachers with master degree shows that those teachers do not have a professional development plan; they feel difficult to make full use of their professional advantages; they lack sufl]cient professional support; feel puzzled about the present situation of kindergartens; some have communicative problems and feel higher pressure from their work. Thus, kindergarten management should have scientific opinions about cultivating teachers and reasonable training plans. The management model should be democratic and personalized. Educational administration departments, related universities and kindergarten management should provide all round professional support. Teachers should give full play to their strengths and make up for their weaknesses and learn to make adjustments.
