摘要
对含硫染料中间体废水中硫的脱除与回收进行了研究。试验结果表明 :采用铁屑过滤 -混凝法 ,在最佳操作条件下 ,硫去除率为 98.5%,COD去除率为 65.0 %,出水清澈透明。同时回收得到 Na2 S质量分数为 56%的水溶液 ,可直接用于染料中间体的生产。本方法将废水中的硫化合物以 Na2 S形式回收 ,为该类废水的治理开辟了一条新途径。
Removal and recovery of sulfur from sulfide dye intermediate wastewater was studied by iron clip filtration coagulation process.The results show that under the optimum operating conditions the removal rate of sulfur and COD are 98.5% and 65.0% respectively.After treatment the effluent is clear and transparent.At the same time Na 2S solution with mass fraction of 56% can be recovered and reused for dye intermediate production directly.It is a new route for treatment of this kind of wastewater by recovery of sulfide as Na 2S from wastewater.
