摘要
采用铁屑还原混凝法对含硫染料中间体废水进行预处理 ,试验结果表明 ,在最佳操作条件下 ,硫的去除率为 98.5 %,出水清澈透明 ,无S2 - 存在 ;CODCr去除率为 6 5 .0 %,BOD5/CODCr由 0 .0 85提高到 0 .15 ,可对废水进行生化处理 ;同时回收得到含量 5 6 %的Na2 S溶液 ,可直接用于染料中间体的再生产 .此法将废水中的含硫化合物以Na2 S形式回收 ,为该类废水的综合治理开辟了一条新途径 .
Pretreatment of sulfide loaded dye intermediate wastewater is performed based on the iron reduction-coagulation method. Experimental results show that, under the optimal operation conditions, the removal efficiency of COD Cr and sulfur can reach 65.0% and 98.5% respectively, and the ratio of BOD 5 to COD Cr can be increased from 0.085 to 0.15. After the treatment, the water is limpid and can be further treated with biological method. At the same time, Na 2S solution can be recovered for the reproduction of dye intermediate. Sulfur in wastewater can be recovered in the form of Na 2S with this method.
